Refund Policy

  • Mandatory pre-requisites to claim Refund

    As per our return policy we request you to send the product preferably through speed post in a saleable condition. Also request you to send the Order Number and courier name on refund@relexop.com for faster processing of your complaint. Please ensure that the product is returned with the tags, original packaging, invoice, in an unwashed and undamaged condition to the below mention address: Rlexop E-Commerce 42 Maulana Azad Park,Near Al-Fazal Masjid,Juhapura, Ahmedabad – 380055 we doesn’t facilitate reverse pickup of your product therefore we encourage you to return your product within 14 days of registering the complaint. Your courier charges will be reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code which will be sent via email and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number respectively for your future shopping.
    NOTE: Incase we don’t receive your product with 14 days your refund/replacement request would be cancelled

  • Under what conditions Refunds will be provided?

    In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money ( except any intimate product including Lingeries):
    We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order. There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you. The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement. You have thirty days (from the delivery date ) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to claim for a refund as per Relexop.com’s return policy.

  • Are there certain categories of products which are non-returnable?

    Any intimate product including Lingeries are non returnable and non refundable. Also, for any non returnable/non refundable product the same will be mentioned in the product details page.

  • Can I return a part of my order?

    Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
    However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.”

  • How long will the refund process take?

    1. For refund eligible products – Once the item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check which takes about 2 days. Typically the refund process is initiated within 2 days after Quality Check. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
      The expected timelines along with respective refund scenarios are as below:

    2. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalised banks. Banks send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 kindly check your bank or credit card account for confirmation.
    3. For value paid through Mobile Wallet, refund would be processed in terms of crediting the points back to your wallet only and will not be refunded in terms of money.
    4. If a Coupon Code of Gift Card was utilized by you in placing the order, in case of refund the respective value would be refunded through Coupon Code or Gift Card only.
  • Where do I return my product?

  • I was charged shipping charges for my order. If I return my order, will I get back my shipping charge along with the refund?

    Shipping charge would be included in the refund value of your order as this is a refundable charge.

  • I was supposed to receive my refund by now but I haven’t. What do I do?

    We update our customers through emails at every step of the returns process so please check for the last update from us in your email. If the last update states that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the refund process to complete. Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary. If you haven’t received any update from us please write to us or give us a call.

    All are returnable items (except any intimate product including Lingeries) . We make it convenient for you to identify if the product is non returnable items by mentioning in the product details page.

  • What items can I buy in Replacement?

    Any product/s can be bought in Replacement. The final price of Replacement products should be equal to the price of returned items.

  • Can I replace my product for an item of lesser or higher value?

    No, your replacement order value should be equal to the return item/s value.

  • Will I be charged for Replacement?

    There is no charge for Replacement. All you need to do is to return the original item and Replace it for an item/s of same value

  • Can I buy multiple items in Replacement for a single product?

    Yes, you can buy any number of items in Replacement provided the final price of Replacement products is equal to the price of returned items by calling us.

  • Can I cancel the Replacement?

    If you wish to cancel your Replacement order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and will refund your amount . If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.
